Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer billing and cash transactions accurately.
- Process payments via cash, card, and digital payment methods.
- Provide excellent customer service and address customer queries professionally.
- Maintain cash register accuracy and prepare daily transaction reports.
- Assist customers with billing-related concerns.
- Ensure the checkout area is clean, organised, and well-maintained.
- Follow company policies and cash handling procedures.
Eligibility
- Experience: 0–2 years
- Candidates with a Jewellery retail background will be preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer and billing software knowledge.
- Ability to work in a customer-facing retail environment.
