Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and schedule daily vehicle movements based on customer requirements.
- Coordinate with drivers, supervisors, warehouses, and customers for timely deliveries and pickups.
- Monitor vehicle movement using GPS and transportation management systems.
- Ensure on-time dispatch and delivery while minimizing delays.
- Allocate vehicles efficiently to maximize fleet utilization.
- Track shipment status and provide regular updates to customers and internal teams.
- Handle transportation issues such as delays, breakdowns, and route deviations.
- Ensure compliance with transportation laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Analyze transport performance, costs, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Coordinate with vendors and third-party transporters when required.




- Support continuous improvement initiatives to reduce transportation costs and improve service quality.

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in transportation, logistics, or fleet operations.
- Experience in a logistics, courier, freight forwarding, or supply chain company is preferred.

Required Skills:

- Strong knowledge of transportation.
- Excellent planning, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Valuable communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, ERP systems, and Transport Management Systems (TMS) & SAP.

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
