We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Floor Manager to oversee daily activities on the sales floor in our textile retail store. The role involves supervising staff, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining visual merchandising standards, and supporting the Branch Manager in achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Customer Service
- Assist in achieving daily and monthly sales targets
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction on the floor
- Guide customers in product selection and upselling
- Handle customer queries and resolve issues promptly
2. Floor Operations Management
- Supervise day-to-day activities on the sales floor
- Ensure proper product display and stock availability
- Monitor billing counters and customer flow
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the floor
3. Team Supervision
- Support and guide sales executives on the floor
- Assign duties and monitor staff performance
- Ensure staff grooming and discipline standards
- Provide on-the-job training and motivation
4. Visual Merchandising
- Implement visual merchandising guidelines
- Ensure attractive and organized product displays
- Coordinate with the merchandising team for seasonal setups
5. Inventory Support
- Monitor stock levels on the floor
- Coordinate with the store team for replenishment
- Assist in stock audits and stock movement
6. Reporting & Coordination
- Report daily sales and floor activities to the Branch Manager
- Coordinate with other departments for smooth operations
- Escalate operational issues when necessary

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma (preferred)

- Ability to handle peak-hour customer traffic

Pay: ₹11,947.25 - ₹25,000.00 per month
