Skill Sets requirements

- Experience in manufacturing industry like automotive or continuous production units.
- Strong Knowledge of Tally ERP 9.0 and other ERP software
- Ensure statutory compliance like GST, Tax deducted at source, IT, Employees Provident Fund, and Employees State Insurance.




- Preparation of consolidated Balance sheet on monthly, half yearly and annually and analysis.
- Assists and provides financial guidance in the formulation and implementation of Strategic Plan and Budgets.
- Ensure an up-to-date cash flow projection is maintained and maximizes cash flow performance by controls on inventory, credit and collection.
- Carry out monthly review of purchases and stores to optimize purchase and cut down wastage.
- Prepares monthly MIS Dashboard of actual results against budget, analyses result and recommend to management on measures required to meet budget.
- Implement and review financial controls and policies.
- Preparation of working capital analysis.
- Very positive Written and verbal communication
- Managing payments, payrolls, banking, expenses, budgets.
- Able to co-ordinate with external consultants and bankers as part of day to day operations.
- Coordinate with the external auditors for all types of audits (Statutory Audit, GST Audit, Transfer Pricing Audit)
- Proven work experience in accounting and taxation functions.
- Must have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong ethics, with an ability to manage confidential data.
- Maintaining of Books of Accounts.
- Preparation of weekly/monthly/Annual Budgeting Cash-flow, Fund-flow.
- Periodical Inventory Management / Stock verification.
- Payment Receivable and Payable Management.
