Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive Telecaller to connect with daily incoming leads, offer basic counselling over the phone, and motivate them to visit our office for a detailed consultation. The candidate will be the first point of contact and will play a key role in driving footfall to our office.

Key Responsibilities

- Call and follow up with leads provided on a daily basis.
- Offer initial counselling and build interest around our services.
- Convince leads to visit the office for a face-to-face counselling session.
- Coordinate with the counselling team to ensure smooth handover.
- Maintain records of calls and follow-up status.
- Maintain a polite,



positive, and confident tone on all calls.

Qualifications & Skills

- Minimum qualification: 12th pass; graduates preferred.
- 1 year of experience in telecalling is mandatory.
- Fluency in Hindi and Punjabi is a must; basic English communication is required.
- Strong communication and persuasion skills.
- Confident and target-driven personality.
- Ability to handle objections and continue engaging the lead.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
