Kalpavirutcham Management Services Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Field Sales Executive to drive sales growth across the assigned territory. The ideal candidate should have experience in FMCG sales, excellent relationship-building skills, and a passion for achieving business goals.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Execute daily market visits to retail outlets and distributors.
- Generate new business while maintaining existing customer relationships.
- Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Increase product visibility and availability across retail stores.
- Identify potential customers and expand market reach.
- Collect customer feedback and provide market insights.
- Ensure timely order collection and coordinate with the distribution team.
- Maintain accurate records of daily sales activities and customer interactions.

Candidate Requirements





- Minimum 1 year of experience in FMCG or General Trade Sales.
- Two-wheeler with a valid Driving License is mandatory.
- Strong communication, convincing, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage territory efficiently.
- Willing to travel extensively for field sales activities.
- Basic knowledge of sales reporting and customer management.
