- Should maintain Attendance Record on Daily basis.
- Should maintain Leave record of Employees on regular basis.
- Submission of ESIC and EPF challan online before due dates.
- Prepare Salary, Wages & Overtime of Employees in Savior software.
- Supervision of Tea distribution & verify tea bill
- Ensure proper Housekeeping of the Plant at all point of time.
- To prepare Annual Performance Appraisal record.
