Junior Consultant (F/M/D)
Your tasks
Cross-industry consulting for well-known customers remotely and on site
Gradual assumption of responsibility for task packages in the context of project management & agile transformation
Active consulting and coaching with regard to changing processes, technologies, and (agile) methods
Networking within the framework of our customers and interactive expansion of business & IT competencies
Support in the conception, execution and moderation of seminars and workshops
What you bring to the table
Successfully completed university studies, ideally with additional qualification
First relevant professional experience in the context of internships or working student activities, ideally in management consulting
Ideally first practical experience in project work with focus on (agile) project management, agile coaching, facilitation and/or change management
Strong IT affinity and curiosity for constantly new technologies & methods in the IT environment
Interest in direct consulting on departmental as well as executive level
Agile mindset, empathy & communication skills as well as a strong team spirit
Fluent in German and English and the necessary willingness to travel as a consultant
