Role Summary

We are seeking a committed and empathetic Speech and Language Pathologist (B.ASLP / M.ASLP) to join our growing multidisciplinary team. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for working with children with autism spectrum disorder, speech-language delays, intellectual disabilities, ADHD, and related conditions. Freshers with solid training and enthusiasm to learn in a clinical setting are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive speech-language and communication assessments using standardized tools

Formulate and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to the child’s developmental needs

Deliver evidence-based intervention for speech, language, fluency,



articulation, social communication, and swallowing/feeding concerns

Maintain structured therapy documentation, progress records, and parent communication logs

Collaborate with child psychiatrists, psychologists, occupational therapists, and special educators

Educate and train caregivers on home carryover plans and communication strategies

Participate in team case discussions, clinic meetings, and continued professional development activities

Qualifications

Bachelor’s (B.ASLP) or Master’s degree (M.ASLP) in Speech-Language Pathology from a recognized institution

Valid RCI registration (or in process)

Strong interest or prior exposure to pediatric speech and language disorders

Good communication skills and ability to engage children and families

Freshers with relevant internship experience are welcome to apply
