Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control Intern to support Aeden's quality assurance function across the handling of fresh produce. The intern will assist in inspecting, checking, and documenting quality standards from inbound receipt through storage and dispatch, gaining hands-on exposure to food quality and operations.

This is a learning-focused role suited to a student or recent graduate looking to build practical experience in quality control.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in inspecting incoming produce for quality, freshness, size, and grading standards.
- Support checks on storage conditions (temperature, hygiene, handling) to maintain product quality.
- Help identify and record defects, damage, spoilage, or deviations from standards.
- Assist in maintaining quality records, checklists, and inspection logs.
- Support sampling and basic quality tests as directed.




- Help ensure hygiene and safety standards are followed in handling and storage areas.
- Report quality issues promptly to the QC/Operations team.
- Assist with general quality documentation and reporting.

Requirements

- Pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Food Technology, Agriculture, Food Science, or a related field.
- Attention to detail and a methodical, observant approach.
- Basic understanding of quality or food-safety concepts (an added advantage).
- Willingness to work in warehouse/storage and field conditions.
- Positive record-keeping and basic MS Office (Excel) skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and eager to learn.

Added advantages:

- Familiarity with food safety standards (FSSAI, HACCP basics).
- Prior internship or project work in quality/food handling.

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹7,000.00 per month
