We are looking for a dedicated Electrician & Plumber with 2–3 years of experience who can independently handle both electrical and plumbing maintenance across the school and hostel campus. The ideal candidate should have strong troubleshooting skills, be capable of handling routine maintenance as well as emergency repairs, and ensure that all facilities remain safe and operational.

The candidate should be proactive, technically skilled, and able to work with minimal supervision while maintaining high safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Install, inspect, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, lighting systems, switches, sockets, fans, and electrical equipment.
- Install, repair, and maintain water pipelines, taps, washrooms, sanitary fittings, drainage systems, and plumbing fixtures.
- Perform preventive maintenance of electrical and plumbing systems throughout the campus.
- Troubleshoot electrical faults and plumbing issues and resolve them promptly.
- Ensure uninterrupted electricity and water supply across classrooms, hostels, offices, kitchens, and other campus facilities.
- Monitor generators, UPS systems, water pumps, overhead tanks, and related equipment.
- Report major repair requirements and coordinate with management when necessary.
- Maintain maintenance logs and records of repair work completed.
- Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and maintenance standards.
- Respond immediately to electrical or plumbing emergencies.
- Assist during school events and support general campus maintenance activities whenever required.

Requirements

- ITI/Diploma in Electrical, Plumbing,



or a related trade.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in both electrical and plumbing maintenance.
- Valuable knowledge of electrical wiring, power systems, plumbing, water supply, and drainage systems.
- Ability to diagnose and repair electrical and plumbing faults independently.
- Basic computer knowledge for maintenance reporting is an added advantage.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Responsible, disciplined, and committed to maintaining campus facilities.

Preferred Skills

- Experience working in schools, residential campuses, hostels, hospitals, or commercial buildings.
- Knowledge of generators, UPS systems, water pumps, and overhead tank maintenance.
- Ability to handle emergency maintenance situations efficiently.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Willingness to stay on campus will be an added advantage.
