Key Duties and Responsibilities

- Diagnose hardware and software issues in laptops and macbooks
- Repair and replace faulty components such as:
- LCD/LED screens
- Keyboards
- Batteries
- Motherboards
- RAM
- SSD/HDD
- Cooling fans
- Charging ports (DC jack)
- Hinges and laptop body parts
- Install and configure operating systems (Windows, Linux, etc.).
- Install, update, and troubleshoot software applications and drivers.
- Perform data backup, data recovery, and data migration when required.
- Remove viruses, malware, and other security threats.
- Upgrade laptop hardware to improve performance.
- Conduct preventive maintenance and cleaning of internal components.
- Test laptops thoroughly after repairs to ensure proper functionality.
- Maintain accurate repair records, service reports, and inventory usage.
- Explain technical issues and repair solutions clearly to customers.
- Estimate repair costs and completion time.
- Handle customer devices with care and maintain confidentiality of customer data.
- Follow company quality standards and safety procedures.
- Keep the workbench,



tools, and spare parts organized.
- Stay updated with the latest laptop models, repair techniques, and technology trends.
- Coordinate with the service manager regarding pending repairs and spare part requirements.
- Assist in maintaining stock of spare parts and repair tools.
- Support warranty and non-warranty service processes.
- Achieve daily and monthly service targets as assigned by the company.

Required Skills

- Knowledge of laptop hardware and software troubleshooting.
- Motherboard-level diagnostics and repair knowledge (preferred).
- Operating system installation and configuration.
- Data recovery and backup techniques.
- Valuable communication and customer service skills.
- Problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Time management and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
