Job Title: Customer Support Associate – KLM Delssc Voice Process
Location: Gurgaon (Work from Office)

Employment Type: Full‑time

Eligibility:

- Graduate fresher OR undergraduate with minimum 6 months experience
- Solid communication skills, adaptability to rotational shifts

Compensation:

- Fresher: ₹24,000 CTC
- Experienced (≥6 months): ₹28,000 CTC

Work Schedule:

- 5 days working
- Rotational shifts
- Rotational weekly offs

Selection Procedure:

01) HR Screening Round Initial interaction to assess communication skills, background, and role fit. 02) SVAR Assessment Voice and accent evaluation; minimum qualifying score is 55. 03) Typing Test Candidates must achieve 25 WPM with 90% accuracy. 04) Operations Round Final evaluation with process leaders to confirm suitability for live operations.

Pay: ₹24,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
