Job Summary

We are looking for a creative, result-oriented, and tech-savvy Social Media & Website Executive to manage our social media presence, website content, and digital marketing activities. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, creativity, and hands-on experience in managing social media platforms as well as updating and maintaining the organisation's website.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage social media accounts including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other platforms.
- Plan, create, and schedule engaging posts, reels, stories, and videos.
- Write creative captions, blogs, and content for social media and the organisation's website.
- Update and manage website content, banners, landing pages, blogs, and product/service information.
- Coordinate with the design and development team for website improvements and updates.
- Ensure website content is accurate, up-to-date, and SEO-friendly.
- Monitor website performance and report any technical issues to the relevant team.
- Monitor comments, messages, reviews, and audience engagement across all digital platforms.
- Stay updated with social media trends, hashtags, and viral content.
- Track social media and website performance using analytics tools and prepare monthly reports.




- Assist in planning and executing digital marketing and social media campaigns.
- Maintain a consistent brand voice across all digital platforms.

Required Skills

- Strong understanding of social media platforms and current digital trends.
- Experience in website management using WordPress or other CMS platforms.
- Basic knowledge of SEO, website content optimization, and Google Analytics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with strong content planning abilities.
- Knowledge of Canva and basic photo/video editing tools.
- Familiarity with Meta Business Suite and social media scheduling tools.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.

Qualifications

- Graduate in any discipline (Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Marketing, IT, or a related field preferred).
- 2–4 years of experience in Social Media Management, Website Management, or Digital Marketing.
- Freshers with strong skills, a creative portfolio, and website handling experience may also apply.
