Summary:
As a Full Stack Engineer, a typical day involves designing, building, and refining comprehensive system features that span from the user interface to the backend infrastructure. This role requires actively engaging in the entire development lifecycle, ensuring seamless integration and functionality. The engineer collaborates with various stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions that enhance client services, while embracing a cloud-first approach and agile methodologies to address complex business challenges effectively.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.




- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the implementation of best practices and standards within the team to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align project goals and timelines with organizational objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Azure AI foundry.
- Strong experience in cloud-based application development and deployment.
- Familiarity with end-to-end system architecture and integration techniques.
- Ability to work with agile development frameworks and continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines.
- Experience in troubleshooting and optimizing performance across full stack environments.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Microsoft Azure AI foundry.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
