HR Functions:
· Recruitment and talent Acquisition for Sales, Marketing, Production and Administrative roles
· Employee On boarding,training,and Development
· Performance management and appraisal process
· Employee engagement and culture building
· HR compliance and policy management
Admin Functions
· Office administration and Facilities management
· Vendor Management and procurement
· Vehicle Management
· Compliance with regulatory requirements
· Ensuring security and confidentiality protocols
· Hostel and mess Management
Key skills required
- Strong HR and Admin expertise
- Understanding of Jewellery Industry Dynamics
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle confidential information
- Robust Problem solving and analytical skills
Language: Tamil, English & Hindi (Must)
Salary Package 40 k to 70 K
