Roles

- Support implementation of RAMP project activities across Maharashtra.
- Coordinate training programs, workshops, and field activities.
- Assist in participant mobilization and stakeholder coordination.
- Manage project documentation, reporting, and portal-related activities.
- Provide operational and administrative support to the project team.
- Support monitoring and execution of training batches and ToT programs.
- Maintain communication with training partners, government officials, and participants.
- Assist in MIS management and progress tracking of project activities.

Responsibility

Training Coordination

- Coordinate with trainers, training partners, and district teams for execution of training batches.
- Support scheduling and planning of training programs and ToT sessions.
- Ensure training venue readiness and logistics arrangements.
- Monitor participant attendance and batch execution activities.

Mobilization Support

- Support participant mobilization through coordination with local stakeholders and partners.
- Follow up with training partners regarding registrations and batch confirmations.
- Maintain mobilization tracking records and daily updates.

Portal & Documentation Management

- Handle participant registration and data entry on the RAMP portal.
- Upload attendance sheets, reports, photographs, and required documents.
- Maintain proper documentation and batch-wise records.

Reporting & MIS

- Prepare daily,



weekly, and monthly progress reports.
- Maintain MIS data related to participants, batches, and project activities.
- Track project targets and training completion status.

Communication & Coordination

- Coordinate with government departments, district officials, and implementation agencies.
- Draft emails, letters, meeting minutes, and official communications.
- Schedule meetings and maintain follow-up communication with stakeholders.

Field Monitoring & Support

- Visit training locations for monitoring and operational support.
- Ensure smooth execution of field activities and resolve operational issues.
- Collect feedback from participants and trainers.

Administrative Support

- Support travel arrangements, logistics, and accommodation coordination.
- Maintain records of expenses, bills, and reimbursement documents.
- Assist in procurement and inventory management for training materials.

Requirements

- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Documentation and reporting capabilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Willingness to travel across Maharashtra.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
