Job Summary

We are looking for a friendly and motivated Travel Sales Consultant to join Webcrs technology . In this role, you will help clients plan and book their vacations. Your main goal is to listen to customer needs, recommend the best travel options, and close sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle Inquiries: Answer client questions via phone, email, and in person.
- Book Travel: Plan and sell flights, hotels, tour packages, and travel insurance.
- Create Itineraries: Build custom travel plans that match the client’s budget and preferences.
- Meet Sales Targets: Work to achieve monthly individual and team sales goals.
- Provide Customer Support: Help clients with any travel changes, cancellations, or emergencies.

Requirements

- Experience: 1–2 years of experience in sales or customer service (travel industry experience is a plus).




- Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and basic computer skills.
- Knowledge: Good understanding of popular global travel destinations and geography.
- Attitude: Enthusiastic, patient, and driven to hit sales targets

Salary & Work Schedule

- Salary: ₹15,000 to ₹40,000 per month (depending on experience).
- Incentives: Attractive performance-based incentives on top of the base salary.
- Work Schedule: 6 days a week.
