- Job Description: End to end understanding of Pre and Post binding activities for Open/ Bureau Market and Bordereaux
- Provide ground level assessment and recommendations on processes with respect to process re-engineering
- Extensive interaction with business users, senior management and IT personnel
- Lead client engagements, ensuring consistent service delivery
- Creating account strategies to maximize revenue, profitability, client satisfaction, business impact, employee engagement and human capital development
- Risk Identification and mitigation skills
- Drive best practice/ idea sharing
- Analytical skills and time management
- Compile MIS for all the teams handled
- Conduct quarterly and annual appraisals for LAMs based on evaluation of metrics performance and of non-metrics-based parameters; and develop corresponding action plans. Provide periodic feedback and coaching

Qualifications: Bachelor Degree in relevant field with 6- 8 years of relevant experience
