Job Summary

Nexidat Technologies is seeking an experienced Senior Database Administrator (DBA) with 8+ years of hands-on experience in enterprise database administration, cloud database management, and database migration projects. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and modern cloud database technologies, with experience managing mission-critical production environments.

Key Responsibilities

- Install, configure, upgrade, and maintain enterprise database environments.
- Administer Oracle databases in on-premises and OCI environments.
- Manage high availability and disaster recovery solutions.
- Perform database performance tuning and SQL optimization.
- Design and implement backup and recovery strategies.
- Monitor database health, capacity, and security.
- Plan and execute database migration projects to Oracle Cloud Infrastructure.
- Configure and manage Oracle RAC, Data Guard, ASM, and RMAN.
- Troubleshoot production database issues and provide root cause analysis.
- Automate routine database administration tasks using scripting.
- Collaborate with cloud, DevOps, and application development teams.
- Ensure compliance with database security and governance standards.
- Prepare technical documentation and operational procedures.
- Provide technical guidance and mentor junior DBAs.

- Strong troubleshooting and performance tuning skills.

Educational Qualification

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Pay: ₹594,652.97 - ₹1,862,425.98 per year
