We are hiring a Billing Executive with experience in Telecom/ISP billing operations. The candidate will be responsible for invoice processing, accounts receivable follow-up, payment reconciliation, and client coordination. The ideal candidate should have positive communication skills, strong Excel knowledge, and experience handling billing activities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and process customer invoices accurately and on time
- Verify purchase orders, contracts, and billing details before invoice submission
- Follow up with clients for outstanding payments and resolve billing discrepancies
- Coordinate with internal accounts and operations teams for payment tracking
- Maintain accurate billing records and accounts receivable reports
- Handle invoice corrections, credit notes, and payment reconciliations
- Ensure compliance with invoicing standards, GST, and company policies
- Prepare MIS reports related to billing and collections
- Support audit and documentation requirements when needed
- Maintain professional communication with clients regarding billing queries
Required Skills
- Experience in Billing / Accounts Receivable / Invoice Processing
- Good knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table preferred)
- Familiarity with billing software or ERP systems
- Understanding of GST and invoicing processes
- Strong communication and follow-up skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving ability
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
Preferred Candidate Profile
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in Telecom, ISP, Broadband, Networking, or related industries
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration
- Immediate joiners preferred
