The Regional RCU Manager is responsible for overseeing the operations and performance of the Regional Credit Union (RCU). This role involves managing a team, ensuring compliance with regulations, and driving business growth. The manager will also be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve member satisfaction and financial performance.
- Risk Management:
- Monitor and analyze loan portfolio risk, identifying potential areas of vulnerability.
- Conduct regular audits of branches and vendors to ensure adherence to established processes and procedures.
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting of RCU MIS and Hunter MIS.
- Manage RCU agencies and ensure compliance with fraud reports.
- Compliance:
- Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies related to home loan lending.
- Monitor statutory real estate guidelines and assess relevant information.
