We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Head (CA) to lead and manage the organization’s accounting operations, financial reporting, compliance, and internal controls. The ideal candidate will be a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with strong leadership skills and hands-on experience in financial management, statutory compliance, and team handling.

Key Responsibilities1. Financial Management & Reporting

- Oversee the preparation and presentation of accurate and timely financial statements (monthly, quarterly, annual).
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards (Ind AS / IFRS / GAAP as applicable).
- Monitor financial performance, prepare MIS reports, and provide actionable insights to management.

2. Accounting Operations

- Manage day-to-day accounting functions including:
- Accounts Payable & Receivable
- General Ledger
- Fixed Assets
- Bank Reconciliation
- Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping of all transactions.

3. Compliance & Audit

- Ensure adherence to statutory requirements including GST, TDS, Income Tax, Companies Act, and other regulatory compliances.
- Lead internal and external audits; coordinate with auditors and ensure timely closure of audit observations.
- Ensure proper tax planning and filing of returns.

4. Budgeting & Financial Planning

- Lead the annual budgeting process and periodic forecasting.
- Monitor budget vs actuals and analyze variances.




- Support management in financial decision-making and strategic planning.

5. Internal Controls & Risk Management

- Develop and implement robust internal controls and accounting policies.
- Identify financial risks and recommend corrective actions.
- Maintain strong governance and compliance frameworks.

6. Team Management

- Lead, mentor, and develop the accounting team.
- Allocate tasks, review work, and ensure deadlines are met.
- Foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

7. Stakeholder Management

- Liaise with banks, financial institutions, auditors, and regulatory authorities.
- Support senior leadership with financial insights and reports.
- Strong knowledge of GST, Income Tax, TDS, ROC compliance
- Financial reporting & accounting standards
- Experience in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Tally, etc.)
- Industry experience in [Manufacturing / IT / Services / FMCG – customize as needed]
