- Prepare, verify, and manage all export documentation such as invoices, packing lists, shipping bills, and Bill of Lading.
- Handle documentation for LCs (Letters of Credit), advance payments, and bank-related export transactions.
- Ensure compliance with FEMA, RBI, customs, DGFT, and international trade regulations.
- Liaise with customs, freight forwarders, CHAs, banks, and government authorities for smooth export operations.
- Coordinate with internal departments such as production, logistics, accounts, and sales to manage export schedules.
- Act as a point of contact between the company and international clients for shipment updates and documentation requirements.
- Prepare and submit documents for bank negotiation, export bill discounting, and realization.
- Reconcile export remittances and follow up for outstanding payments.
- Handle documentation for export incentives, duty drawback, and foreign exchange compliance.
- Maintain MIS reports for shipments, payments, and export performance.
- Provide regular updates to senior management on export operations and key metrics.
- Assist in budgeting and planning for international shipments.




- Strong knowledge of export documentation and international trade procedures.
- Familiarity with LCs, FEMA guidelines, DGFT, customs clearance, and shipping processes.
- Proficiency in MS Office and export management software (ERP/Tally preferred).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
