Required Skills :

- Solid expertise on web application architecture LAMP - Linux, Apache, MySQL, PHP framework with a minimum of 7 to 10 years of experience.
- UI experience Bootstrap, Angular JS, React, JavaScript, HTML, CSS.
- Knowledge of RDBMS preferably MySQL.
- Experienced in PHP frameworks like WordPress, Laravel, Codeigniter.
- Experience managing cloud infrastructure AWS and a load-balanced environment.
- Experience with Wordpress CMS platform.
- Knowledge with Git version control, Jenkins, MS Office Suite, Project.
- Experience mentoring, coaching and developing rising talent in the technology department.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills and experience establishing guidelines in these areas for others.

- Align the development of core business capabilities, information assets, and technology in response to strategic imperatives
- Research, identify and recommend industry best practices for solving business and technology problems
- Drive strategic and transitional planning of applications, technology, information and business functions across the enterprise
- Understand the project management aspects such as project scope, dive into root cause including processes and potential business improvements, and ensure all stages of the project are met (requirements, design, funding, build, etc.)
- Put together the budget, get approvals from respective stakeholders, build a business case, submit accurate monthly forecasts, manage the budget and resources.
- Develop and maintain the project schedule. Own the schedule to make sure all relevant teams stay on track
- Ability to communicate verbally and in writing with all levels of employees and management, capable of successful formal and informal communication. Involves an ability to speak and write clearly and understandably at the right level
