Key Responsibilities:

- Handle student enquiries, scheduling, follow-ups, and day-to-day office operations.
- Assist students with university shortlisting, applications, documentation, SOP guidance, and UK visa initiation.
- Manage exam registrations for IELTS, TOEFL, PTE, GRE, and GMAT.
- Maintain student records, application status, and visa updates in Excel/CRM.
- Conduct cold calling and explain study abroad services to prospective students.
- Support senior counselor in managing student processes and appointments.
- Coordinate seminars, workshops, education fairs, and pre-departure events.
- Create presentations, brochures, social media posts, ads, and promotional content.
- Assist in marketing and lead generation activities

Requirements:





Good communication and organizational skills.

Basic knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, and social media handling.

Ability to multitask and manage student coordination efficiently.

Experience in overseas education or counseling is preferred.

Experience: 1-3 years preferred
