We are looking for a proactive and experienced Assistant HR Manager to support and oversee day-to-day Human Resources operations within our real estate organization. The role involves assisting in recruitment, employee engagement, HR compliance, payroll coordination, and performance management while ensuring smooth HR processes aligned with company objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment for various roles such as sales, engineering, site staff, and corporate functions.
- Coordinate with department heads regarding manpower requirements.
- Schedule interviews, conduct preliminary screenings, and support offer rollouts.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.
2. Onboarding & Induction:
- Support onboarding and joining formalities for current employees.
- Conduct employee induction and orientation programs.
- Ensure employee documentation is complete and properly maintained.
3. Employee Relations & Engagement:
- Address employee queries and support grievance handling.
- Coordinate employee engagement activities and HR initiatives.
- Help maintain a positive and professional work environment.
4. HR Policies & Compliance:
- Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements such as PF, ESIC, and labor laws.
- Maintain HR records and support audits/compliance documentation.
5. Payroll & Attendance:
- Coordinate attendance, leave management, and payroll inputs with the finance team.
- Support salary processing and employee records management.
- Handle employee exit formalities and full & final settlement processes.
6. Performance Management:
- Assist in performance appraisal processes and KPI tracking.
- Coordinate review cycles with department heads.
- Support employee development and retention initiatives.
7. Training & Development:
- Identify training requirements and coordinate training sessions/workshops.
- Support learning and development initiatives across departments.
- Maintain training records and feedback reports.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3–5 years of HR experience, preferably in the real estate/construction industry.
- Knowledge of labor laws, HR operations, and statutory compliance.
- Good communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in HR software and MS Office.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
