Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Vice President-Industrial Real Estate to lead the onboarding of the industrial partners for one of India's largest Drone Manufacturing City in Haryana. Incumbent shall have the strong relationships with industry owners, entrepreneurs, investors, and high-net-worth individuals. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in allotments of industrial establishments to the manufacturing organizations / HNI/ Entrepreneurs.

- Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with entrepreneurs, investors, and key business leaders.
- Onboard the investors by conveying the benefits of the industrial set up.
- Identify and convert opportunities in high-ticket commercial property sales.
- Lead client meetings, presentations, and negotiations for premium industrial establishment offerings.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth partner onboarding.

Required Skills

- Solid experience in high-ticket industrial establishment MOUs.
- Excellent networking and relationship-building skills with Commercial Organizations , entrepreneurs and investors.
- Solid negotiation,



communication, and leadership abilities.
- Ability to manage strategic sales pipelines and close high-value deals.
- Result-oriented with a strong target-driven mindset.

Qualification

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Prior experience in Industrial establishment Sales, Real Estate Sales, Luxury Property Sales, or High-Value Asset Sales will be preferred.
- Preference will be given to retired officers from PHD, FICCI, and CII

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
