Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Real Estate Telecaller / Sales Executive who can generate quality leads, handle customer inquiries, schedule site visits, and convert prospects into successful property sales.

Responsibilities

- Call leads generated from Facebook, Google, WhatsApp, and property portals.
- Explain property details clearly and professionally.
- Qualify customer requirements and budget.
- Schedule site visits with the sales team.
- Follow up regularly until closure.
- Maintain customer records in CRM or Excel.
- Coordinate with the marketing and sales teams.
- Achieve daily and monthly lead conversion targets.
- Build long-term customer relationships.

Requirements

- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in Real Estate Telecalling or Sales.




- Excellent communication skills in Tamil.
- Basic English communication preferred.
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
- Experience using CRM, Excel, or lead management software.
- Ability to work under sales targets.
- Positive attitude and self-motivated.

- Facebook and Google Ads lead handling

Performance Expectations

- 150-250 outbound calls per day
- 40-60 meaningful customer conversations
- 15-20 qualified prospects daily
- 8-12 site visit appointments per week
- Consistent follow-up until booking

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
