We are looking for a passionate and result-oriented Academic Counsellor to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guide and Counsel students regarding courses, career opportunities and training programs
- Handle Walk-in candidate and provide detailed counselling regarding courses and career paths
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, follow-ups and student inquiries professionally
- Explain course details, fee structures and career prospects to prospective students
- Maintain regular communication with leads and convert inquiries into admission
- Build and maintain positive relationships with students and onboarding
- Maintaining accurate records of students interactions, walk-ins, and admission process
Required Skills:
- Excellent communication and Interpersonal skills
- Robust convincing and counselling abilities
- Positive attitude and professional behaviour
- Prior experience in relevant field will be an advantage
