- Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Technical Writer is required.
- Hands on experience in Madcap Flare, Adobe FrameMaker, Adobe Acrobat, and MS Word.
- Familiar with STE, MSTP, and other style guides.
- Experienced knowledge of Fire and safety is an added advantage
- Robust understanding of topic-based authoring: single sourcing, content reuse, global projects, conditional text and variables
- Knowledge in reading Engineering drawings: 2D and 3D.
Job Responsibilities:
- Create /develop manuals, procedures, and other documents in accordance with Customer standards and templates.
- Edit and format documents with a high degree of accuracy, speed, and quality within deadlines.
- Ability to explain complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Coordinate with Peer Tech Writer, Illustrator, Project Lead and Onsite Lead for inputs/feedback/illustrations to complete the task.
