- Minimum 6 months of experience in sales (Real estate/Retail/Insurance/Loan)
- Solid skills in sales, negotiation, and communication
- Deep knowledge of local area and properties
- Build and maintain a strong network of clients and referrals
- Showcase properties, negotiate deals, and close sales
- Provide exceptional customer service and market expertise
- Stay up-to-date on market trends, laws, and regulations
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals
