Site supervision: Check work progress in office vs drawing & scheduleTeam coordination: Assign tasks to carpenters, painters, electricians, POP team, etc. Brief workers each morningQuality check: Ensure finishing, measurements, alignment, material usage matches specs. Flag defects immediatelyMaterial management: Verify materials delivered, check quantity/quality, raise indents for next day, control wastageClient & contractor updates: Share daily progress photos, attend site meetings, handle client walkthroughsSafety & compliance: Ensure workers use PPE, site is clean, tools stored safelyDocumentation: Maintain daily progress report, labour attendance, material consumption, issues log
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
