- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
- Good communication and customer handling skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Ability to maintain records and perform data entry
- Responsible, punctual, and willing to learn
- Job Responsibilities:
- Attend customers at the counter
- Handle billing and basic documentation
- Enter and maintain data in Excel
- Prepare and update documents in Word
- Coordinate with the team and maintain records
