Position Summary

The Business Analyst Intern will support product, technology, and customer-facing teams for CareMP. This role is ideal for candidates who are analytical, curious, and eager to learn how AI-driven products are built, documented, and delivered. The internship begins with a strong focus on product understanding, documentation, and coordination, with the potential to grow into a Customer Success or Account Management role based on performance.

Internship Scope & ResponsibilitiesPhase 1: Product Learning & Core Analyst Responsibilities (0–6 Months)

1. Product Understanding & Presentation

- Develop a strong understanding of CareMP’s vision, features, and product architecture
- Assist in preparing product presentations, demos, and internal documentation
- Support creation of client-facing materials such as pitch decks, case studies, and walkthroughs

2. Technology & Product Familiarization

- Gain exposure to CareMP’s technology stack, including AI models, IoT devices, BLE gateways, and cloud modules
- Work closely with technical teams to understand APIs, data flows, and integrations
- Conduct basic market and competitor research to identify gaps and improvement opportunities

3. Product Documentation & Support

- Assist the Product Manager in creating and maintaining:
- Product Requirement Documents (PRDs)
- User stories and use cases
- Product support guides and FAQs
- Knowledge base documentation
- Coordinate with developers to track feature changes and version updates

4. Marketing & Communication Support





- Support marketing and branding efforts through product content and documentation
- Assist with webinars, demos, and partner engagement activities

Phase 2: Growth Opportunity – Customer Success & Account Exposure (Post 6 Months)

Based on performance and business needs, the intern may transition into a client-facing role involving:

Customer Success (Primary Focus)

- Support client onboarding, training, and post-implementation engagement
- Track product usage, adoption, and feedback
- Assist in addressing user experience issues and improvement opportunities

Account Exposure

- Support relationship management with client stakeholders
- Assist in documenting client requirements and feedback for future releases
- Participate in client review meetings and reporting

Performance Indicators

- Speed and depth of product understanding
- Quality and clarity of documentation and user stories
- Communication and presentation effectiveness
- Responsiveness to feedback and ability to improve
- Collaboration with product, tech, and business teams

Growth Path

Business Analyst Intern → Business Analyst → Associate Customer Success Manager → Customer Success Manager / Product Account Manager
