Job Description:

Edu Tech Plus Classes is looking for a confident and result-oriented Telecaller Executive to handle outbound and inbound calls, generate leads, and support student admissions. The role requires strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with students and parents.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents
- Handle inbound inquiries and provide course information
- Generate leads and convert them into admissions
- Follow up with interested candidates regularly
- Maintain call records and update databases
- Coordinate with the counselling team for closures

Area of Work:

- Telecalling and lead generation
- Admission support and customer interaction
- Communication through phone calls and messaging platforms
- Collaboration with counselling and marketing teams
