Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Word Paginator to join our publishing team. The candidate will be responsible for formatting and paginating manuscripts, journals, books, and other publishing materials using Microsoft Word while ensuring accuracy and adherence to client guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Format manuscripts, journals, books, and articles in Microsoft Word.
- Apply styles, templates, and page layouts according to project requirements.
- Create and manage tables, figures, headers, footers, and page numbering.
- Ensure consistency in formatting, fonts, spacing, and document structure.
- Perform quality checks to identify and correct formatting errors.
- Coordinate with editors and project teams to meet production deadlines.
- Follow client specifications and publishing standards.

Required Skills

- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and document formatting.




- Good understanding of page layout and typography.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to learn publishing workflows and formatting standards.
- Positive communication and teamwork skills.
- Basic knowledge of English grammar is an added advantage.

Educational Qualification

- Any Bachelor's Degree (Arts, Science, Commerce, Engineering, or related fields).
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.

Preferred Skills

- Knowledge of academic or scholarly publishing.
- Familiarity with styles, templates, and document formatting.
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple tasks.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
