"Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Automation Test Engineer with expertise in Cypress, API testing, Microservices architecture, and Python. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing automated test scripts to ensure the quality and reliability of applications.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain automation frameworks using Cypress for UI testing.

- Write and execute API automation tests using tools like Postman, Rest Assured, or Python libraries (Requests, PyTest).

- Design and implement test strategies for microservices-based architecture.

- Perform end-to-end testing across distributed systems.

- Collaborate with developers, DevOps, and business teams to ensure quality deliverables.

- Analyze test results, identify defects, and track them to closure.





- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Azure DevOps, etc.).

- Ensure code quality through unit tests, integration tests, and automation best practices.

Required Skills:

- Robust experience in Cypress for UI automation.

- Hands-on experience in API testing and automation.

- Good understanding of Microservices Architecture and testing strategies.

- Proficiency in Python and automation frameworks (PyTest, unittest).

- Knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, HTTP protocols.

- Version control experience with Git.

- Familiarity with CI/CD tools.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with Docker/Kubernetes.

- Exposure to performance testing tools (JMeter, etc.).

- Knowledge of BDD frameworks like Cucumber.

- Experience in Agile/Scrum methodology.
