Key Responsibilities

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients through regular communication.
- Assist clients throughout the research publication process and provide timely updates on ongoing projects.
- Ensure high client satisfaction by resolving queries and providing effective solutions.
- Coordinate with editorial and internal teams to facilitate smooth publication workflows.
- Conduct quality checks on research articles, review papers, books, and other academic content.
- Inform clients about publication services and identify opportunities for repeat business.
- Negotiate service offerings while maintaining long-term professional relationships.

Eligibility Criteria

- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Postgraduate/Master's degree in Science, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Chemistry, Biology,



or related disciplines preferred.
- Candidates with knowledge or exposure to research publication, academic journals, dissertations, or scientific writing will have an added advantage.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
- Good interpersonal, organizational, and client-handling skills.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM tools is preferred.
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and grow in a fast-paced professional environment.
