What is this role really?
You’re the person who keeps a cluster of brands (4–5 clients) not just running, but growing, evolving, and doing better work every month.
You’ll be the go-to for clients, the bridge for the team, and the one who makes sure ideas don’t get lost in translation.
What will you be doing?
1. Be the main point of contact for your set of clients (aka the calm in the chaos)
2. Turn vague thoughts like “we need something fun” into clear, actionable briefs
3. Shape content strategy, what we say, how we say it, and why it matters
4. Work closely with copy, design, video, and performance teams to bring ideas to life
5. Make sure the work going out is something you’d actually be proud to put your name on
6. Spot opportunities for campaigns, moments, and growth before anyone asks

1. You’re stuck playing messenger between the client and the team
2. Everyone’s unclear, and it shows in the work
3. You’re fi xing things at the last minute instead of setting them up right
4. The work is going out… but it’s not really saying anything
