We are looking for an experienced Lathe Machine & Capstan Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate should be skilled in operating both lathe and capstan machines and be capable of managing day-to-day shop floor activities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operate conventional lathe and capstan machines.
- Set up machines and ensure quality production.
- Manage and supervise daily shop floor operations.
- Coordinate work with machine operators and helpers.
- Maintain production quality and meet delivery schedules.
- Ensure proper machine maintenance and workplace safety.
- Handle routine production planning and floor discipline.

Requirements:

- Experience in operating lathe and capstan machines.
- Ability to manage shop floor operations independently.
- Positive knowledge of machining, measuring instruments, and quality standards.
- Responsible, disciplined, and team-oriented.
- Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience preferred.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
