Role Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and reliable Business Development Executive to join our field sales team. This is an on-field role involving regular visits to retail shops and dealers, ensuring smooth business operations and maintaining strong client relationships. The area to be covered: Theni, Cumbum, Aundipatty, Usilampatty and Periyakulam. Flexible Start and Finish Times.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visit assigned shops and dealers regularly to maintain business relationships
- Collect payments and ensure timely financial transactions
- Communicate dealer needs, feedback, and market insights to the office team
- Support business growth through consistent field engagement
- Represent the company in a professional and polite manner
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills with a polite and professional attitude
- Positive mindset with a “can-do” approach
- Willingness to travel on a daily basis
- Basic understanding of sales or customer interaction is a plus (not mandatory)
- Diploma in Engineering preferred, but not essential
- Freshers are welcome – full training will be provided
