Job Summary:
We are hiring a Digital Marketing Faculty to conduct classroom and practical training sessions for students. The role involves teaching core digital marketing concepts, guiding students on assignments, and supporting their learning and development.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct classroom and practical sessions in digital marketing
- Teach core topics such as SEO, paid advertising, social media marketing, content marketing, and analytics
- Prepare lesson plans, assignments, and assessments
- Guide students on projects and case studies
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback
- Assist students in understanding tools and campaign tracking
- Stay updated with industry trends
- Support students in portfolio building and interview preparation
- Coordinate with academic and centre teams

Modules to be Covered:

- Search Engine Optimization (SEO) – On-page & Off-page
- Google Ads / PPC Campaigns
- Social Media Marketing
- Content Marketing & Blogging
- Email Marketing
- Basic Analytics & Reporting




- Keyword Research and Competitor Analysis

Preferred Tools Knowledge:

- Google Analytics
- Google Ads
- Meta Ads Manager
- SEMrush / Ahrefs
- Canva or similar tools
- WordPress (basic)

Eligibility Criteria:

- Master’s degree in any discipline (mandatory)
- Fluency in Bengali (required)
- Digital Marketing certification preferred
- 2–5 years of total work experience
- Minimum 1 year of practical digital marketing experience
- Teaching or training experience preferred but not mandatory

Required Skills:

- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Practical understanding of digital marketing campaigns
- Ability to explain concepts clearly
- Comfortable handling classroom sessions
- Basic planning and mentoring skills

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
