Toise is a specialty coffee roastery and café built on craft, sourcing integrity, and quiet confidence — not vibes, not volume. The Role

We're looking for a Barista or Junior Barista who's ready to operate like a partner on the floor, not just execute drinks.

What you'll actually be doing

- Prepare and serve espresso-based beverages, pour over coffee, and other menu drinks to Toise's quality standards
- Operate and maintain espresso machines, grinders, and brewing equipment
- Follow recipes and dial-in guidance for each roast/origin as coffees rotate through the menu
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards at the bar and service areas
- Manage stock of milk, syrups, cups, and consumables; flag shortages proactively




- Deliver warm, knowledgeable guest service — able to explain what's being served (origin, process, tasting notes) in simple terms
- Support food service and order handling alongside the kitchen/front-of-house team as needed
- Participate in cupping sessions and taste calibrations when scheduled
- Follow cash/POS handling procedures accurately
- Uphold Toise's brand and service tone at all guest touchpoints

- Experience with manual brews
- Strong latte art
- Experience in an independent specialty café or roastery, not a chain

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
