Job Description

- To ensure timely recovery of outstanding royalty payments from licensees/partners in accordance with contractual terms, maintaining accurate records, negotiating in a professional and ethical manner, and supporting the organization?s revenue integrity all work being performed remotely (phone, email, system-based) with no field visits required .

Key Responsibility Areas

- Candidates must have prior experience working in credit cards or in a banking environment .
- Graduate (Commerce, Finance, or related field preferred) .
- Solid communication and negotiation skills; qualified in remote interactions .
- Basic accounting/finance understanding; proficiency in MS Excel and data tracking .
- Detail-oriented, able to work independently, maintain confidentiality, and meet deadlines .
- Prior experience in collections/royalty operations is a requirement .
