Salary

Experienced (2–5 Years): ₹6 LPA – ₹8 LPA

Freshers: Starting from ₹2.5 LPA + Attractive Incentives

Monthly Incentives:Up to ₹20,000 – ₹35,000

2 Rotational Week Offs *(Saturday & Sunday are **NOT** fixed)

Job Responsibilities

Handle customer queries via calls, emails, and chats.

Provide excellent customer support and issue resolution.





Maintain high customer satisfaction and service quality.

Ensure timely follow-up and accurate documentation.
