We are looking for a high-energy, results-driven Experienced Mobile Shop Salesman to join our retail team. In this role, you won't just be standing behind a counter — you will be the go-to tech expert helping customers find the perfect smartphone, tablet, and accessory ecosystem to fit their lifestyle.

Key Responsibilities

​Consultative Selling: Greet customers, understand their specific needs and budget, and present the right mobile devices, data plans, and carrier options.

​Hit Sales Targets: Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for device sales, accessories, and extended warranties/insurance.

​Tech Demonstrations: Demonstrate a deep, up-to-date knowledge of current smartphone specifications (e.g., camera features, processor speeds,



battery capacities) to explain the value of premium models.

​Customer Onboarding: Assist customers with data migration (transferring contacts, photos, and apps from old devices to new ones) and basic troubleshooting.

​Store Operations: Maintain visual merchandising standards, handle cash/POS (Point of Sale) transactions accurately, and assist with inventory management and stock replenishment.

​Required Skills & Qualifications

​Experience: Minimum of 1–2 years of successful sales experience specifically in a mobile shop, electronics retail, or telecom carrier environment.
