- MSIL Compliance: Enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) set by Maruti Suzuki for training modules and simulators.
- Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and mentor driving instructors and front desk staff, managing daily work schedules.
- Operations & Admissions: Handle student enrollments, coordinate practical/simulator training slots, and oversee RTO license assistance workflows.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor pass rates, track daily business targets, and resolve student escalations.

Requirements & Skills

- Qualification: Graduate or Diploma in any stream.
- Experience: 2 to 4 years of experience in operations, team management, or customer service.
- Certifications: A valid driving license is generally mandatory.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication, local language proficiency, and basic computer literacy.
