Position

Sales Manager – Solar

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new business opportunities in Commercial & Industrial (C&I;), Residential, and Institutional solar projects.
- Site visit , business Negotiations
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, consultants, and channel partners.
- Prepare techno-commercial proposals and negotiate contracts.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Coordinate with the technical and project execution teams for successful project delivery.

Preferred Candidate





- 3–8 years of experience in Solar EPC / Renewable Energy / Electrical Sales.
- Robust knowledge of Rooftop Solar, Open Access, Group Captive, PPA, CAPEX & OPEX business models.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel across Maharashtra.
