We're Hiring: Digital Marketing Lead

Are you a strategic digital marketer with a passion for driving growth through data, creativity, and innovation? We're looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Lead to lead end-to-end digital marketing initiatives and deliver measurable business results.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals
- Lead SEO initiatives including Technical SEO, On-Page, Off-Page, Local SEO, and AI Search Optimization (AEO, GEO & LLM visibility)
- Plan, manage, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other advertising platforms
- Drive organic growth through content marketing, website optimization, and conversion-focused strategies
- Manage social media strategy, content calendars, and brand engagement across multiple platforms
- Oversee email marketing, marketing automation, and lead nurturing campaigns
- Monitor campaign performance using GA4, Google Search Console, Looker Studio, and other analytics tools
- Improve website performance, user experience,



and conversion rates through CRO initiatives
- Lead and mentor the digital marketing team while collaborating with design, sales, and development teams

Requirements:

- 5+ years of experience in Digital Marketing with a proven track record of delivering growth
- Strong expertise in SEO, Performance Marketing, Social Media Marketing, Content Marketing, and Marketing Automation
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, GA4, Search Console, and Looker Studio
- Knowledge of AI-driven search optimization, Core Web Vitals, and modern digital marketing trends
- Excellent analytical, leadership, communication, and project management skills
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns, budgets, and cross-functional teams
